Return Policy


Customers may return any unopened item purchased from Hannigan’s Vitasentials for any reason within sixty (60) days of purchase excluding products that have been special ordered for the customer.(Sales on these products are final.) Sorry, we are not able to accept returns for any product that has been opened. Returns must be approved before returning the item by calling toll free 1-800-343-4022

Credit will be given for the product only ( excludes any shipping fees charged during ordering ). Customers may chose a store credit or a credit back to the original form of payment used to place the order only. Credit will not be applied until we receive the unopened product back.

Damaged & Incorrect Items:

We do our best to package your product(s) so they will arrive to you in excellent condition. But once the package leaves our warehouse, it goes through many hands – products may shift causing unintentional damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging in case your carrier requires an inspection of the damaged package.

We use 256 bit RSA encryption ciphers using a 4026 bit key in our shopping cart and in our administrative cart control panels. This is the most powerful super-cert available and is capable of making older browsers with the older 28 and 40 bit encryption behave like they have stronger encryption installed.

Cipher technology is an extremely arcane subject, but we are experts at it with over 6 years of e-commerce design and support to our credit.

But encryption and cipher technology are not enough to do the job properly. At times, good encryption and cipher technology simply means that a criminal is receiving the same cipher protection from observation and compromise that our merchants and shoppers receive. Our AudiTrak technology helps ensure that merchants are protected from fraudulent transactions. Weve never had a shopper or a merchant report a fraudulent transaction to us – and we credit our AudiTrak technology for that. AudiTrak closely watches each e-commerce transaction we handle looking for patterns of fraudulent activity. It politely declines attempted purchases that appear to be fraudulent.


We also partner with the security departments of the major credit card companies and gateways, sharing information on practices observed among fraud attempts and helping all our e-commerce partners keep security tight, while optimizing the shopping experience for honest, authorized shoppers.
